Even Morocco isn't immune to western imperialism (although those "SUVs" seem a bit behind the times).

One can also see the political system at work in the background of this photo. Each political candidate puts his picture, along with information about his platform, in one of a series of numbered boxes. This numbered photo system allows older, often illiterate, voters to participate as well.

The rule in Morocco is look for meat with "some" flies on it. A lot of flies is obviously bad, but no flies usually means the meat has been sprayed with some awful repellent (probably the developed world's leftover DDT).
